GENERAL INFORMATION
The RS2 Series Load Cell is manufactured for the precise, millimeter-level control of web tension in winding and unwinding rollers. These sensors operate by being mounted at the end of the roller, either via a bearing placed in the housing on the load cell or directly over the roller shaft. By sensing the tensile force applied to the roller during the process, it allows the system to optimize speed or brake adjustments. One of the most important features distinguishing the RS2 series from other models is its clamped body structure. This design significantly simplifies installation and disassembly processes, saving both labor and time. Its body, manufactured from special alloy aluminum, has gained resistance against corrosion through an anodized coating and is finished with industrial elegance.
