HIPER30, which marks the beginning of the "smart era" in the fight against static electricity, features a closed-loop architecture consisting of two main components: the Hiper30 Anti-Static Bar and the Hiper30 Sensor Bar.
How the System Works?
Measurement: The Sensor Bar, placed upstream of the material flow (before neutralization), continuously measures the amount and polarity (positive/negative) of the charge on the material.
Analysis and Command: The real-time data received is transmitted to the main unit.
Precise Neutralization: The main bar perfectly resets the static electricity to zero by producing ions of the exact opposite value to the measured charge.
Operating with a 24V DC power supply, this system does not require an external high-voltage transformer. With its PLC-compatible signals and (optional) Ethernet connection options, it can be integrated into modern industrial facilities and OEM machines with "plug-and-play" ease.
Powerful Performance: Equipped with a 30 kV DC output, providing a definitive solution even for the most intense static charges in high-demand environments.
Adaptive Ion Balance: Features automatic ion balancing via real-time sensor feedback, eliminating the need for manual calibration or constant adjustments.
Occupational Safety: Ensures maximum operator safety with a "shockless" (resistively coupled) needle structure that prevents accidental electrical shocks.
Flexible Settings: Utilizes advanced Pulse DC technology with adjustable frequency to match the specific speed and requirements of your production line.
