PL type load cells are manufactured from lightweight and durable special alloy aluminum. Armored with an anodized coating against corrosion and industrial wear, these cells operate on the "bending beam" principle. By design, they possess the flexibility to measure in compression, tension, or both directions.
Ideal especially for situations where the load application point is variable (where the load is not centered on the platform), the PL series offers high precision for platform sizes up to 40cm x 40cm. The internal area containing the sensitive measuring electronic circuits is covered with a special silicone filling to provide full protection against moisture and dust. This structure ensures the device maintains stable performance in demanding operating environments.
