GENERAL INFORMATION
MT type load cells are manufactured from special alloy aluminum, offering a combination of lightweight properties and durability. Operating on the "bending beam" principle, these cells possess the flexibility to measure in compression, tension, or both directions (bidirectional).
Optimized especially for micro-platform sizes such as 10cm x 10cm, the MT series provides accurate results even in conditions where the load application point is variable (where the load is not exactly centered) thanks to its structure resistant to off-center loads. The sensitive electronic circuitry of the device is protected against moisture and dust by being covered with a special silicone filling, thereby extending its operational life.
