The operating principle of Puls Electronic Gravimetric Feeder with single screw is as follow; all of the feed system is standing one of the weighing platform. When the screw system works, each unit can also be weighed and decreasing the amount of material is calculated. This material amount is compared with the goal value and given the command to the engine for the calculated suitable speed. Simultaneous control and correction process with the target value is kept in a sensitive tolerance band.

J-Box Load Cell Junction Box

J boxes are used in scales or weighing systems where more than one loadcell is used, to safely transport the loadcell feed and the signals produced by the load cells to the indicator used for indicator or control purposes.

The loadcell signals and excitations are carried between the indicators and LoadCells in a safety way by the J-box where the Loadcells are more then one. The j-box has 5 different input options like 3-4-6-8.
