PULS Charging Bars are designed for all industrial processes where materials must temporarily adhere to a surface or to each other via electrostatic force without leaving a physical mark or causing damage. They enable high-resistance materials such as paper and plastic to lock onto conductive surfaces without the use of any chemical adhesives.

GENERAL INFORMATION

PULS Static Charging systems consist of a charging generator and an ionizing needle bar that transfers this energy to the surface. The greatest advantage of this system is that it causes no damage to the surface and leaves no residue when materials on the production line are separated. It is used with 30-60kV static generators.

The needles of the charging bar are resistively connected to the high voltage. This technical structure prevents spark formation during operation, ensuring personnel safety and minimizing fire risk. It features special connection channels on the back for mounting flexibility and can be safely integrated into any machine chassis using M8x60 plastic insulator apparatuses.
