The system separates air molecules into positive and negative ions using advanced ionization technology. However, unlike standard bars, these ions are carried by a pressurized airflow generated with the help of a blower. This allows the ions to be transported to much greater distances, creating a protective shield like an "air curtain" over the material.

Why a Blower-Connected System?
In high-speed lines or situations where the bar cannot be positioned very close to the material (700mm and above), neutralizing the static charge is difficult with conventional methods.
