The most fundamental feature that distinguishes this power supply from its competitors is its 100Hz high-frequency ionization and its flexible structure that allows for two different operational installation methods. It effectively eliminates static charges on materials moving at high speeds (for example, slitting or high-speed winding lines).
Application Methods:
Opposite Polarity Method (Slitting Lines): Bars operating at different poles (polarities) are placed above and below the material. While the first bar charges the surface, the subsequent opposite polarity bar quickly neutralizes this charge. It gives excellent results, especially in the separation of slit parts.
Sequential Polarity Method (Continuous Lines): Two bars of the same polarity are placed sequentially on the upper part of the material, and two bars of the opposite polarity are placed on the lower part. This configuration is preferred for gradually and completely resetting the static charge in uninterrupted production lines.
The metal body is fully grounded and does not emit electromagnetic radiation. Thanks to the secure screw-in sockets on the back panel, the connection of anti-static bars is performed quickly and safely.
High Frequency Power: 100Hz operating frequency provides full protection without leaving ion gaps on fast-moving materials.
Compact and Safe: High performance and short-circuit protection with a dual-output (2x7500VAC) structure despite its small dimensions.
Advanced Neutralization: Ability to effectively control static charges in high-speed machinery where standard systems fall short.
Precision Efficiency: Optimized for rapid production cycles, ensuring continuous ionization without performance degradation.
