Pulse Electronic Gravimetric feeder has many important features compared to classical volumetric feeding systems. With this much more sensitive feeder, both the raw material, which is the input of the system, is saved and the system output is homogenized, allowing the facility to operate more efficiently. Instead of the feeder operating with 10% accuracy in the volumetric system, the gravimetric dosing system operating with 0.2% accuracy will save your business 9.8% per hour. Thanks to the special software it contains, it constantly controls the system output, preventing deviations from the target value and detecting changes that may occur in flow properties over time. Thus, linearity as well as accuracy is ensured in the system. Additionally, keeping the system under control during and after filling also contributes to the linearity of the flow.
