The Overload Limiter (Overload Guard) is designed to keep lifting systems, such as cranes and elevators, within safe capacity limits to prevent mechanical damage and accidents. Additionally, it offers an effective solution for the precise tension adjustment of cables or ropes between two poles.

GENERAL INFORMATION
In today's industry, the safe operation of cranes and elevators is of critical importance both in terms of occupational safety and legal requirements. Since accidents occurring in such equipment are extremely difficult to compensate for, the Overload Limiter forms the heart of the system.
Designed to adapt to different rope diameters and load capacities, this system can be easily mounted to the dead-end (fixed) connection point of the rope without cutting or breaking it. Thanks to the high-precision load cell integrated within, it senses the weight and operates with a high accuracy range of 1% to 5%. The system, which is calibrated based on weighing scale logic after installation, protects the machinery by halting the lifting process once the values entered into the control unit are exceeded.
