Safe Static Discharge: These brushes, made from nano-carbon fibers, are specifically developed for applications where cost and ease of installation are priorities. Since each individual bristle of the brush has electrical resistance, no dangerous arcing or sparks occur during the discharge of static electricity; this provides a significant advantage in terms of occupational safety.
No Contact: Since carbon fibers are very delicate, friction between the material and the brush must be avoided. The ideal operating distance is between 1 mm and 5 mm.
Distance Effect: When the distance exceeds 5 mm, the neutralization effect may weaken, and residual charges may form on the surface.
Fire Safety: During the process of resetting the static charge, dust and particles in the air may stick to the brush surface. Since this accumulated dust carries a risk of ignition from a tiny spark, the brushes must be cleaned carefully at regular intervals.
