Static Application in Warping Machine

Static Application in Warping Machine
In the warping machine, the yarns are unwinded from the bobbins, and along their path from the cave exit to the twist combs, the friction loads the yarns with an electrostatic charge. Especially in fine denier yarns, this static charge will cause an undesirable situation because it causes deviations of the yarns leading into short and also continuous stops in the jaws and the machine by running around each other. The fact that the yarn wrapped is statically charged may also lead to various problems in the weaving machines. In order to solve this problem, as shown in the Puls Anti static bars, the ionization needles should be placed under the cave outlet so that they can see the yarns. Ionization bars will neutralize the static electricity and solve the problems. Antistatic bars are separately used at the exit of the comb for static charge neutralization which may occur due to friction in the comb zone.
