Static Application in Narrow Weaving Machine
In the narrow weaving dyeing machines, the raw product is dried by applying the temperature at the exit of the dyeing process and the dried product is transferred onto the rolls by drawing over the rolls. During these operations, static electricity is generated on the product due to temperature and rubbing on rubber rollers. Static electric charges will cause an undesired situation because the product tends to rope around the rolls of the product, causing short but continuous stalls on the machine, aslo leading knotting on the roll during the transfer by attaching to the inner surface of the sleeve and causing dusting on the waiting products, which will cause troubles in production, waste of time and scraps. In order to solve the problem, Puls Anti static bars will be applied immediately after the rollers as seen in order to neutralize the product and prevent the problems mentioned above.
